For over ten years, I am employed as a full-time artist at Knoebels Grove Amusement Resort. My primary tasks include: conceptual design, restoration, foam sculpting, mold making, resin casting, hand lettering (brush quills and pinstriping), prop fabrication, clay sculpting, and fine art. My primary objective is to maintain the traditional aesthetics of 20th century amusement park Americana, while creating newer works that allow our customers to be immersed within the fantasy of Knoebels.
My tasks include sign restoration, sign production (3D sculpting and vinyl printing), conceptual design (both black and white and computer graphic), foam sculpting (signs, props, misc.), mold-making, airbrushing, hand-lettering, basic carpentry, and entertainment set designs.
